Cancellation & Refund Policy
To ensure we provide the highest level of service and properly accommodate all clients, the following policy applies to all bookings:
Cancellations made 48 hours (2 days) prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking are non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will not receive any refund under any circumstances.
By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Vehicle Rules & Conduct Policy
To maintain a safe, clean, and premium experience for all clients, the following rules are strictly enforced during all bookings:
- No Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, vapes, or e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle at all times.
- No Illegal Substances: The use or possession of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
- Cleanliness & Respect for Vehicle: Clients are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle. Excessive mess, spills, staining, or any form of damage to the interior or exterior will result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
- Respectful Behavior: All passengers are required to behave respectfully toward the driver, vehicle, and one another. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if any of these policies are violated to ensure safety and maintain service standards.
Passenger Limit Policy
For safety, legal compliance, and comfort, we enforce a strict passenger limit:
- The maximum number of passengers allowed in the vehicle is five (5) individuals at any time.
- This limit includes all adults and minors.
- No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
- If the passenger limit is exceeded, the driver reserves the right to refuse service or end the trip immediately without refund.
Travel & Service Area Policy
We proudly provide luxury transportation services within Jacksonville and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:
- Jacksonville, FL
- Fernandina Beach, FL
- Yulee, FL
- St. Augustine, FL
For destinations outside of these service areas, including but not limited to Orlando, FL and other extended-distance locations, an additional travel fee will apply based on distance, time, and scheduling requirements.
All extended travel requests must be confirmed prior to booking approval to ensure availability and accurate pricing.
Photo & Video Release Policy
By booking and utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You grant permission for any photos, videos, or media captured during your booking involving the vehicle, passengers, or related experiences to be used for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across social media platforms, websites, and other digital or print materials.
- This includes content featuring the vehicle interior, exterior, client arrivals, and event moments.
- If you do not wish to be featured in promotional content, you must notify us in writing prior to your scheduled service date.
We use this content to showcase our services and highlight client experiences.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances Policy
We are committed to providing reliable service; however, certain circumstances are beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by weather conditions, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, or other unforeseen events.
- In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to adjust schedules, reroute, or accommodate clients when possible.
- Safety of passengers, the driver, and the vehicle will always remain the top priority.
Refunds will not be issued for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances outside of our control.
Booking & Deposit Policy
To secure your reservation and ensure availability, the following booking policy applies:
- A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm and reserve your date and time.
- Your booking is not considered confirmed or guaranteed until the deposit has been received in full.
- Once the deposit is paid, your selected date and time are officially reserved exclusively for you.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Failure to submit the required deposit may result in loss of availability for your requested date.
